Devotion Aura (2019), Lubov Gallery
A curatorial project resulting in a group exhibition featuring Arden Lans, John Irving, Michael Wright, Nichole Shinn, and myself.
The exhibition focused on the concept of fandom, fan art, and obsession. In addition to contributing a piece to the show, each of the artists was asked to create a cusotm illustration to be exhibited on two double sided anime body pillows, which stood upright in the center of the space.
The exhibition concluded with a screening of Satoshi Kon’s film Perfect Blue.
